Today I was debating what to cook for dinner. I decided that since I will be away for the weekend I would treat my husband to one of his favorite meals, Chicken Parmigiana.

I took out the chicken breasts which I had just bought from Costco, and HOLY HANNA! These beasts are massive. I have no idea what kind of chicken could possibly hold herwieght with breasts like these. I mean these are the Pamela Anderson sized Chicken breasts.

So this little picture made me laugh….
